Shipping and Delivery Policy
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
We typically ship orders within 24 working hours of receiving it. Please allow the following number of days for receipt of your order:
- Domestic: 2-3 business days in Urban regions within India. (This region consists of cities and towns in India that are served by major courier companies and Indian postal service)
- 3-5 business days for rest of India. (This consists of regions that are only served by Indian Postal Service and regional courier companies)
- Order deliveries will be made between 7am – 9pm, ALL DAYS
The above-mentioned days are an approximation, which depends on third party logistics. Mother Organic is not to be held liable for delay in case of unavoidable circumstances like strikes and national calamities.
Which cities in India do you deliver?
We delivery in 250 plus cities/towns across India! Our mission has always been to help Indian households in shopping organic foods easily.
What if, I miss my delivery ?
If you miss receiving your order, don’t worry; one of our customer service associates will contact you to reschedule. If we can’t successfully reschedule your order within 24 hours, we will return your items to our warehouse and issue a refund for the order.
Will all my order items intact during transit?
We know we are dealing with food items and that’s why we pack your order items in special cartons. Of course! Our home delivery courier agency has been specially instructed about making sure that you receive your order items in a good condition.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery and this proof would be considered as a confirmation of receipt at your end. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e., a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. Mother Organic takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
Mother Organic is not responsible for damage after delivery.
Mother Organics’ Shipping & Delivery Policy changes time-to-time, depending upon logistic partners, offers, or any other condition.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery at care@motherorganic.in with a picture attached.
