How do I change my e-mail address ?
- Log in and navigate to My Account Page.
- In Account information tab, click on Change Password checkbos.
- Enter your new e-mail address and your current password.
- Select Save Button.
What if I forget my Password ?
When you forget your password, we know that you want to get back into your account as quickly as possible. Please click on Forget Your Password hyperlink in Login Page, then enter your e-mail address to receive the password reset link.
Can I login using my Facebook, Twitter or other social media accounts ?
No, we currently only support logging in with your Marketplace login email ID & Password.
Do I need to create an account to place an order ?
Yes prefer that you create you account on the website first to receive all our updates, rewards and loyalty bonus but you can also place as guest login.
What are the different mode of payments ?
You can make an online order through your Debit, Credit or Cash on Delivery.
How do I know that my order is confirmed ?
Once you place the order on the website, you will see a confirmation (Thank You) message on the site. You will also see your order status when you go to your account on our website. Additionally, there will also be a confirmation email sent and SMS from our end to you
How much time it will take to receive my order ?
Your order will take anything between 2-3 days depending upon your location.
Are all the products exchangeable ?
Yes, the products are exchangeable depending upon the condition unless mentioned otherwise on the product page.
Will I get my money back if I return a product ?
If you have made a card payment, the money will be credited back into your account once you exchange the product.
What if I receive the damaged product ?
If the product is damaged you can raise a request to return / exchange or refund. Please check our Return & Refund policy on our website.
Do you have a shipping | packing & handling charge ?
Shipping is free, if your order value is above of Rs. 1000. Other then that, it depends on the locations as it varies from Rs. 45 – Rs. 151.
Does your marketplace pay for return policy ?
For Indian customers, we provided a return shipping label available for download in your account once you file for a return. We offer shipping for all returns. If you decide not use the return label provided, we
recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost in transit. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped by other methods.
