Is registeration necessary to shop on Mother Organic?
Registeration is neccesary to complete purchases and also because we need you shipping address.
However, you can browse through the entire website before registering.
What is My Account?
My Account is the section you see when you log in at motherorganic.in. It allows you to track your active orders, see your order history and update your contact and personal details.
How do I reset my password?***
You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.
What is delivery confirmation PIN, where I can find it & can I edit it?***
Delivery confirmation PIN is a unique 4 digit number tied to every customer which enables you to give us service ratings at the time of order delivery.
What is My Shopping List?***
My Shopping List is a comprehensive list of all the items previously ordered by you on Motherorganic.in. This enables you to shop quickly and easily in future.

You can pay for your order on motherorganic.in using the following modes of payment:
a. Cash on delivery
b. Credit and debit cards
c. Online banking
Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT added to the invoice?***
The VAT is included in the MRP of products. There are no additional taxes added by Mother Organic to your order. The prices you order on are the prices you pay. However, there is a delivery charge of Rs. XXX on orders below Rs. 999.
Where do I enter the coupon code?
If I pay by credit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?***
If we are not able to delivery all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded to your bigbasket account as store credit and you can use it at any time against your future orders. Should you want it to be credited to your bank account please contact our customer support team and we will refund it back on to your card.
When will I receive my order?
You will receive the order within 2 working days of placing the order.
How will the delivery be done?
Our logistic partners will deliver the order to your home. The delivery person will call you before coming to your house to confirm your presence and the time.
How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?***
You can change your delivery address by logging into your account and changing the address. Click on “My Account” at the top right hand corner and go to the “Update My Profile” section to change your delivery address.
How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free for orders of Rs. 999 and above. For any orders below that we charge Rs. 50.
Do you deliver in my area?***
You will be intimated via sms and email at every stage of your order processing, right from order confirmation till the dispatch.
Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?
In case of a delay or change in delivery schedule, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery.

The minimum order for delivery is Rs. 200.
Can I change products after making an order?
No, you will not be able to make any changes to your order after making an order. You can make a new order with new products. And if you do not wish to buy a product you may return it at the time of delivery.
